Construction is officially finished and the studio is ready for action.

I am hoping to start a few new recording projects this week, as well as finish a Christmas song that I was working on last week. I have the Christmas song completely recorded and pretty well mixed, but I am struggling to get it mastered to the point where I think it sounds good. We’ll see what happens this week.

I picked up a new pair of monitor stands that are a pretty serious upgrade from what I was previously using. I’m hoping for a more accurate mixing environment. Hopefully they will make as big of a difference as the customer reviews were saying…
